PC/ABS簡介
聚碳酸醋是一種應用日益廣泛的工程塑料,它具有綜合穩(wěn)定的力學性能熱性能及電性能但PC的價格較貴,加工溫度高,殘余應力大, 流動性差, 在很大程度上限制了PC的應用。相對于PC而言,丙烯睛丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物ABS價格低廉性能**良,具有光澤性,易于成型加工, 但耐熱性較差。將PC和ABS共混,可得到綜合性能好, 性能價格比較高的合金。PC的溶解度參數為149.5,ABS的溶解度參數為19.6-20.5,兩者較為接近, 所以PC/ABS有較好的相容性, 易獲得性能良好的改性材料。現(xiàn)在PC/ABS合金已廣泛應用于許多**域, 如電子電器、機械設備、醫(yī)療器材、照相器材和汽車零部件等。采用增韌劑和剛性增容劑對PC／ABS合金進行增韌改性...
